Every building gets resident management, documents and waivers, and the pet register. Everything below is a module you switch on when it is worth it, and off when it is not. You are never sold a tier with eleven things you will never open.

Your building's name on it
Your logo, your colours, your address. Residents never see ours, and a council that spends an afternoon getting the colours right keeps them through every update.
Hosted or your own
You can hold the keys
We host it, or you run the identical code on your own Cloudflare account. The difference is commercial, not technical. Nothing about the product changes.
Updates included
One product, every building
A fix reaches every building we look after in the same deploy. There is no version of this where your building is the one still on last year's code.
